For prenatal mothers, we recommend the trial meal only after the second trimester.

Regular Trial Meal Menu:

Soup –  Prenatal Pork Rib Soup（安胎排骨汤)

Meal – Braised Chicken w/ Eucommia（药膳杜仲鸡）

Stir Fried Broccoli w/ Fresh Mushroom & Sliced  Fish（西兰花鲜菇炒鱼片）

Dessert – Black Glutinous Rice & Logan Soup（紫米桂圆甜汤）

Rice – Brown Rice（糙米饭）

Tea – Red Date Tea（红枣茶）

During pregnancy (pre-natal), meals should be kept light with focus on the right and balanced nutrition.

All meals come with 1 x serving of Rice, 1 x serving of Dessert & 1 x serving of Daily Tea.

Meals are served in

Microwaveable disposable containers. Customers will be given 1 complimentary thermal bag. You are advised to keep food warm in the thermal bag if not consumed immediately upon receipt.
